Job summary

Good Job Games is seeking a passionate recruiter to join our Istanbul team on-site. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will organize events, support employer branding, stay updated on industry trends, and drive projects to improve workplace culture and engagement. 1+ year of recruitment experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a love of games

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment experience preferred.
• Driven and ambitious problem solver with high learning agility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to tackle demanding assignments and embrace new challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general.
