Job summary

RHG is seeking a Hospitality Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This role targets frontline hotel teams and professionals with hospitality operations experience, emphasizing practical support and a customer-first mindset.

You will resolve software issues, help train staff, and contribute to project upgrades while maintaining service levels. Native Turkish and professional English communication are essential, with a proactive approach to adopting new technologies.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in a hotel environment, preferably Front Office Operations.
Proficient with EMMA and RHG operating processes.
Knowledge of hotel systems, applications, and workflows.
Experience providing end-user support or training in hospitality.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support to hotel teams and resolve software issues.
Collaborate with IT to maintain network and system infrastructure.
Monitor IT service requests and ensure SLAs are met with excellent service.
Assist in user training and documentation for proficient technology usage.
Contribute to IT projects and upgrades with minimal operational disruption.
Maintain IT inventory records and assist procurement of hardware/software resources.
Stay updated on IT trends and offer improvement recommendations.
