bunq is expanding its Fraud Operations team in Turkey to tackle complex cases that automation cannot settle. As a Fraud Operations Analyst, you will read signals, protect users’ money, and help our systems learn from every case you close, becoming part of a growing, detective-like squad in fraud prevention.

You’ll weigh behavioral clues and use strong investigative skills to differentiate genuine users from fraudsters, always with user empathy and clear communication.

Responsibilities
