Job summary

Trendyol Finance is seeking a Payments Growth Manager to drive growth, strategy, and marketing initiatives across Trendyol’s international and domestic markets. You will collaborate with banks, card schemes, payment partners, and internal stakeholders to develop opportunities and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university in a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years in payments, financial services, financial strategy, management consulting, business development, or related fields.
• Strong data literacy and KPI tracking experience using analytics tools or PSP portals.
• Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Comfort with tracking daily costs and assisting with monthly forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze payment funnels to improve conversion.
• Track KPIs across issuers and regions to identify trends and risks.
• Use PSP portals and analytics tools for funnel and cost analyses.
• Support tracking of payment cost targets and monthly forecasts.
• Monitor daily payment expenditures and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Contribute to the annual payment marketing plan.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and MarCom for campaigns.
• Participate in quarterly discussions with card schemes and banks.
• Coordinate contract signing and asset handover with involved teams.
• Analyze performance of active campaigns and partnerships.
