Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a data-savvy professional for fraud analytics in Turkey. You will operate scoring systems, own dealer fraud domains, and help automate penalties while improving dashboards with Tableau.

The role involves SQL-driven data prep, regular fraud audits, and reporting to the Fraud Manager. You should have a background in engineering or related fields, strong English, and experience in analytical modeling and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Continuing education in Computer/Math/Industrial Eng fields and interest in data mining.
• Strong command of English for collaboration and reporting.
• Experience with analytical modeling and model performance tracking.
• Proficiency with Tableau and SQL for data visualization and data prep.

Responsibilities

• Operate fraud scoring and monitoring systems and assist with fraud penalties.
• Support development of fraud scorecards and analytic models.
• Build and maintain fraud data tables with SQL processes.
• Design dealer dashboards with Tableau in collaboration with Tech.
• Assist audits and reporting to ensure policy compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare regular Fraud reports and present to Fraud Manager.
• Monitor fraud trends and contribute to fraud risk assessments.
