Job summary

Myros, a leading Antalya-based manufacturer and exporter of souvenir and gift products, invites a Foreign Trade Specialist to join our on-site team. You will manage daily communications with international customers, prepare quotations and export documents, coordinate orders from quotation to shipment, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely delivery.

Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential; a Bachelor's in a related field is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Previous foreign trade/export or international sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with international customers daily.
• Manage customer correspondence in English.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, proforma invoices, export docs.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with international customers on a daily basis
• Manage customer correspondence and ensure clear, professional, and timely communication in English
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, proforma invoices, and export documentation
• Coordinate international orders from quotation to shipment
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Follow up on shipment processes, delivery schedules, and related documentation
• Support existing international customers and contribute to developing new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and help identify potential markets and business opportunities
• Prepare reports, commercial documents, and other written materials in professional English
• Keep customer and order information accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent written and spoken English — this is a must.
• Strong ability to write clear, professional, and grammatically accurate business English
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible approach to work
• Previous experience in foreign trade, export, or international sales is a plus, but not mandatory
