Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead floor operations within Housekeeping. You will organize daily activities, assign duties to Maid and Houseman teams, and ensure tasks meet cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

The role requires coordinating with departments, monitoring Check-Out and Occupied rooms, and maintaining equipment safety. Strong communication and team leadership are essential for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates from Tourism, Hospitality, Accommodation, or related departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and follow up on daily floor operations.
• Assign daily duties to Maid and Houseman staff and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure fair workload distribution across personnel.
• Schedule cleaning of floors and rooms per defined standards and resources.
• Check Check-Out (C/O) and Occupied (OCC) rooms for cleanliness and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, linen areas, and equipment used by Housekeeping.
• Report missing or defective equipment to management.
• Supervise periodic room cleaning and supplies usage.
• Ensure correct use of cleaning equipment and safety standards.
• Provide on-site guidance on cleaning methods and training as needed.
• Support inventory processes with Executive Housekeeper and assist with solutions.
