Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role you will supervise staff and ensure high standards of food preparation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will assist with food cost controls, oversee mise-en-place, train junior staff, maintain hygiene and safety, and collaborate with the Head Chef to uphold Hilton’s renowned standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
• Valid trade cookery qualification.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Supervisory experience.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure standards in food preparation.
• Assist with food cost controls and maintain cost awareness.
• Prepare mis-en-place for all relevant menus.
• Ensure hygiene and safety across the kitchen and stations.
• Train staff in company procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Respond to guest queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain quality of ingredients and proper storage.
• Collaborate with Head/Sous Chef to develop team.
• Report maintenance or hazard issues promptly.
• Support other departments and foster teamwork.
