Job summary

Token Financial Technologies in Turkey seeks a Spare Parts & Supply Chain – Project Engineer & Long Term Intern to support critical supply chain operations and inventory management. You will monitor parts levels, analyze consumption, and drive improvements across SAP-driven processes.

The role requires teamwork, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, with a chance to learn SAP and work 4–5 days per week in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SAP or willingness to learn SAP systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong interest in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Strong communication skills with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Available to work 4 or 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze spare parts inventory levels regularly.
• Analyze inventory requirements, consumption rates, and stock turnover performance.
• Support decision-making regarding excess inventory, critical stock levels, and product availability.
• Execute inventory, material, and purchase order transactions through SAP.
• Coordinate rework operations with suppliers and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Track shipment, return, refurbishment, and restocking of spare parts.
• Prepare inventory, supply chain, and operational reports for management.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize spare parts and supply chain processes.
