Job summary

Paynion is seeking a Software Engineering Intern in Istanbul to join a hybrid program with real production systems used by banks and merchants.

As an intern, you will work with senior engineers on feature development, code reviews, and sprint planning, committing to 30 hours per week for at least six months while improving your programming skills and English communication.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science / Engineering program.
• Strong foundation in at least one modern programming language.
• Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable asking for help.
• Able to commit at least 30 hours/week for 6+ months.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop features in our customer-facing and internal tools
• Write clean, tested, reviewable code with senior mentorship
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning
• Help investigate production issues and propose improvements
