Job summary

Invenco by GVR is seeking a commercially minded Intern for Product and Business Analysis to help shape innovative retail and automation products in Istanbul. The role bridges customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define requirements and drive product excellence.

You will work onsite 2 days per week, supporting backlog, prioritizing customer needs, and coordinating across teams to ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or 1st year post graduate
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
• Able to work 2 days per week in Istanbul
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills for reporting engineering work and collaborating across team
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project needs

Responsibilities

• Meet with smaller local customers to understand their business needs and gather requirements.
• Document customer feedback, requirements and open topics in a clear and structured way.
• Support the team in release planning by helping prioritise customer needs and follow up on related actions.
• Assist in Co-ordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Help track project and product-related tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Provide administrative and operational support for product and project activities as required.

About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Intern, Product & Business Analysis to help shape and deliver innovative retail and automation products.
