• Providing support for merchant onboarding and operational processes.
• Assisting with POS, bank, and system configurations.
• Supporting user and admin interface testing.
• Contributing to operational reporting and documentation efforts.
• Supporting the team in addressing customer requests.
• Providing coordination and follow‑up support for project‑based tasks.

The Perfect Fit

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students, preferably with prior internship experience (mandatory or voluntary)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to maintain consistent availability 5 days a week.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
