We're Hiring | Financial Markets Financial Institutions (FI) Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Financial Markets Financial Institutions (FI) Sales manager to join our Financial Markets team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about financial markets, relationship management, and delivering value-added solutions to institutional clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our Financial Institutions franchise through strategic client engagement, market expertise, and cross-product collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with banks, asset managers, insurance companies, funds, and other financial institutions.
- Drive revenue growth across Financial Markets products including Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Derivative, Credit, and Commodity
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored investment, hedging, and risk management solutions.
- Generate trade ideas, provide market intelligence, and maintain regular dialogue with clients on market developments.
- Work closely with Trading, Structuring, Research, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Lead client onboarding processes and ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
- Develop long-term client relationships based on trust, professionalism, and a deep understanding of clients' strategic objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years proven experience in Financial Markets Sales, FI Sales, Institutional Sales, Treasury Sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit, and Derivative products.
- Demonstrated track record of building and growing institutional client relationships.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue streams.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of market regulations, compliance standards, and risk frameworks.
- Bloomberg and/or Reuters proficiency preferred.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
