We're Hiring | Retail Loans Customer Journey Expert
If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 3 years related experience in Banking
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
- Experience in payment systems, retail banking or digital marketing is a plus
- Strong intertest for retail loans, application processes and marketing strategies, pricing Dynamics, digitalization and digital marketing
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, continually prioritizing finance and business departments’ requests, analytical approach to solve problems
- Strategical & analytic thinking, customer orientation and persuasion skills
- Excellent command of MS Office programs
- Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;
- Fulfilling extensive data analysis for retail loans & payment systems products
- Developing product communication campaigns to achieve product objectives and track their performance.
- Build strong relationships across partners to implement and test new initiatives, negotiating commercials to optimize new customer growth, and managing partner performance against targets, whilst developing strategies for new opportunities
- Ensuring coordination between other business departments
- Supporting channels in terms of CX with a customer centric approach leading to sales growth
- Ownership of the product P&L and strategy to build long-term sustainable business growth
- Keep abreast of key industry trends to make recommendations on new revenue opportunities
- Contributing to the development of ING and Retail Loans by participating in internal projects developing new product features and customer journeys
- Keep abreast of prevailing market conditions, bank policies/guidelines, regulatory requirements
- Liaise with various parties to consider various risks and opportunities in product / project development processes.
