About You

• 5+ years of experience as Technical Product Manager/IT Integrator (preferably within Banking & Financial domain)
• Assist in setting up a data organization and proactively contribute to improving data processes, including estimating the impact of required changes in the data environment.
• Provide evidence to internal and external stakeholders that data complies with ING standards (Data Management Process Control Standards).
• Facilitate common understanding among stakeholders (Enterprise/Domain Architects, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, DevOps Engineers, IT Business Analysts) regarding responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines with a strong MVP mindset.
• Deliver and coordinate detailed implementation roadmaps from a strategic business and IT context, overseeing and challenging the solution during the discovery phase.
• Remain involved post‑implementation to conduct integration testing, ensure seamless component interaction, and address interface issues.
• Maintain strong communication skills in English (C1 level).
