ING Türkiye is looking for a Pricing Manager for their Retail Banking segment. This role involves executing pricing strategies and monitoring market dynamics across various product offerings, including deposits and loans.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of banking experience, be proficient in Excel, and have strong analytical skills. The position offers flexible working options and a comprehensive benefits package.
Pricing Manager – Retail Banking (Value & Pricing)
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities:
• Ensure the execution of pricing strategies across products and segments for Retail Banking product families (deposits, loans, payments, packages, FX spreads)
• Manage and optimize interest rates, fees, and commission structures on a daily/weekly basis
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and pilot implementations for pricing changes, and translate insights into actionable outcomes
• Monitor pricing performance (volumes, revenue, margin, customer behavior, etc.) and prepare regular reports
• Track competitors’ pricing and market dynamics, and develop actionable recommendations
• Work closely with business units, product teams, and sales channels to ensure effective implementation of pricing decisions
• Leverage CLV and segment-based analytical insights in pricing decisions
• Develop pricing and offer recommendations to support wallet share growth, cross-sell, and product deepening
• Contribute to the development of pricing-related systems, tools, and reporting capabilities
• Support the execution of pricing practices in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with global teams, ensuring coordination and alignment while following up on best practices and developments
If you think you have the following qualifications:
• 7–10 years of experience in banking within pricing, product management, analytics, or revenue management roles
• Preferably knowledgeable in retail banking products and customer behavior dynamics
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
• Experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and performance monitoring
• Solid understanding of financial metrics (revenue, margin, volumes, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and preferably knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Python, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Result-oriented, proactive, and accountable working style
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
