Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Financial Controller for our Turkey operations based in Ankara. You will produce the financial statements and oversee monthly closings, ensuring VAT compliance and accurate reporting for the Turkish entity.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, coordinating with auditors and external stakeholders, and delivering timely group reporting. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of accounting experience, SAP proficiency, and fluent Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in accounting and tax, with VAT expertise.
• Experience with SAP and strong MS Office skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting records and monthly balance sheet control.
• Prepare group monthly and yearly reporting information.
• Assist in closing files and presentations to auditors.
• Prepare annual tax returns and financial statements for each branch.
• Ensure VAT compliance with European and international rules.
• Process supplier and state payments on time.
• Lead and develop a small team.
• Act as main contact for internal and external stakeholders.
