Job summary

Vorwerk Türkiye in Istanbul is seeking a dedicated Financial Controller to manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and periodic reports. You will support strategic decision-making with in-depth financial insights and recommendations.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supervising accounting operations, you will ensure regulatory compliance and effective working capital management.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA or professional qualifications will be considered a strong plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance with a proven track record in controlling.
• Proficient in Turkish and English.
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing month-end reports for management, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Plan, direct, and manage provision of accurate financial data for informed decisions.
• Lead the reporting function - margins and volumes analysis and consolidation.
• Analyze financial performance and support strategy with actions.
• Ensure effective management of working capital.
• Analyze business operations and contracts from a financial perspective.
