Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial/accounting roles.
• Experience in financial reporting and budgets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluent Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Budget control, planning, reporting and accounting.
• Ensure monthly updates of shared cost tools and BFU files.
• Review transactions and rebook discrepancies.
• Upload financial transactions to Dynamics ERP daily.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with supporting docs.
• Cost allocation for monthly HQ charges and intercompany cleanup.
• Reconcile Dynamics salary postings with payroll.
• Verify bank payments per procedures and donor rules.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and aging reports.
• Lead vendor reconciliation and maintain Dynamics vendor accounts.
• Post partner expenditures in Dynamics and file documentation.
