Job summary

Karadeniz Holding is seeking a Senior Software Developer for its Information Technology department in the Istanbul HQ. You will develop enterprise applications mainly with .NET / C#, build front‑end with React, and implement robust data integrations.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, optimize SQL Server performance, and participate in Agile ceremonies while using AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in .NET / C# development.
• Solid experience in web apps, back‑end services, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications and back‑end services using .NET / C#.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases and queries.
• Build front‑end components with React and ensure integration with APIs.
• Implement RESTful APIs and XML Web Services for enterprise use.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Leverage ORM tools (EF, Dapper) and No‑Code / Low‑Code data flows where applicable.

We are looking for a “Senior Software Developer” to be assigned to our “Information Technology” department located in “İstanbul HQ.”

WHAT DO WE EXPECT ?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience,
• Strong hands‑on experience in .NET / C# development,
• Solid experience in developing web applications, back‑end services, and enterprise‑level software solutions,
• Hands‑on experience with React in real projects, with the ability to develop and maintain front‑end components effectively,
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database optimization,
• Strong experience in system integration projects, including multi‑platform, API‑based, and enterprise‑level integrations,
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and XML Web Services,
• Practical experience with Entity Framework and Dapper,
• Familiarity with No‑Code / Low‑Code tools and data flow automation platforms,
• Hands‑on experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and good practices such as branching, merging, pull requests, and code reviews,
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning, daily meetings, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive mindset,
• Openness to learning new technologies, continuous self‑improvement, and a strong passion for software development,
• Ability to follow technological trends and adapt quickly to new tools, frameworks, and development practices,
• Active use of AI‑powered tools to improve software development productivity, code quality, analysis, documentation, and problem‑solving processes,
• Ability to work collaboratively with business teams, IT teams, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders,
• Preferably familiarity with RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, Graylog or similar technologies,
• Preferably experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑based application deployment.

• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives,
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal platforms, integration structures, and software development practices.
