Job summary

OPmobility SE in Turkey seeks a Country Finance Manager to lead end-to-end controlling, budgeting, and reporting. You will partner with country leadership, Operations, and Shared Service Center to drive profitable growth and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in manufacturing finance, strong IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP/HFM; English fluency is required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years in Controlling, FP&A, Plant Controlling, or Finance roles within international manufacturing.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management knowledge.
• Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and KPIs expertise.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Commercial.
• Working knowledge of IFRS reporting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP, HFM or similar ERP systems.
• Power BI or data analytics experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the Country General Management and functional leaders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and monthly outlook processes.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare variance analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Own monthly closing and management reporting in cooperation with Shared Service Center.
• Provide clear financial insights to local and regional management.
