Job summary

DFDS seeks a Financial Controller to support monthly IFRS reporting and group consolidation. You will submit figures to ERP systems (D365 and Onestream) and liaise with HQ and the controlling team for disclosures and analysis.

The role requires a university degree in business/economics, 5+ years in financial reporting or audit (Big Four preferred), and strong English and MS Office skills. The position is on-site in Turkey and offers broad exposure to cross-functional finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Financial Controlling Manager in preparation of monthly IFRS financial statements, Group reporting package and related disclosures
• Submitting financial figures to the ERP (D365 and Onestream) systems in line with DFDS group accounting policy
• Direct contact with DFDS HQ, controlling team and providing necessary information as requested
• Preparing financial reports used to compare actual monthly results with budget and forecast amounts
• Analysing and interpreting actual results, providing comments on the monthly movements
• Assisting process improvement projects related to financial reporting
• Responding to noncyclical ad-hoc requests with quick and correct reports
