The WIKA Group seeks a Senior Financial Controller to lead the FI/CO team in Turkey, overseeing budgeting, reporting, and internal controls. You will manage monthly closings, cost accounting, and transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with GAAP and providing insightful financial analysis.

You will coordinate with HQ and auditors, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong English and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, budgeting and reporting with leadership experience.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Advanced knowledge of statutory GAAP; German GAAP is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leading FI/CO team, develop and support direct reports to improve performance.
• Responsible for internal financial control reporting and preparation of financial statements, budget and planning, transfer pricing and product costing.
• Prepare, analyze and review budget and expenditures for local and HQ analysis.
• Cash and treasury management.
• Control all expenses, payroll entries and other accounting documents.
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Analyze and control inventory and depreciation.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies as needed.
• Compile and analyze financial information to account for transactions in general ledger accounts.
• Interact with external and internal auditors for annual audits.
• Establish, maintain and implement accounting control procedures.
