Zusammenfassung

The WIKA Group seeks a Senior Financial Controller to lead the FI/CO team in Turkey, overseeing budgeting, reporting, and internal controls. You will manage monthly closings, cost accounting, and transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with GAAP and providing insightful financial analysis.

You will coordinate with HQ and auditors, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong English and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, budgeting and reporting with leadership experience.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Advanced knowledge of statutory GAAP; German GAAP is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience preferred.

• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies as needed.
• Compile and analyze financial information to account for transactions in general ledger accounts.
• Interact with external and internal auditors for annual audits.
• Establish, maintain and implement accounting control procedures.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field


• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar background including financial management, budgeting and reporting with leadership experience


• Fluent in English both verbal and written is must


• Advanced knowledge of statutory GAAP (German GAAP will be an asset)


• Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills


• Result oriented with a strong attention to details


• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs


• D365 will be plus
