Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to lead on-site chemical treatment programs and resolve water and process challenges across the southeastern region of Turkey. You will perform on-site testing, troubleshooting, and coordinate with technical teams for larger repairs, while maintaining strong client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering/chemistry field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in water and process treatment chemicals is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Turkish as mother tongue.

Responsibilities

• On-site chemical testing and program follow-up.
• First-line troubleshooting for cooling, boiler, water & wastewater systems.
• Site surveys, start-up and commissioning of dosing systems.
• Diagnose on-site issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolutions.
• Report generation and data management using company platform.
• Maintain client communication and support account management.
