Job summary

Solenis is a leading global provider of water treatment chemistries, process aids and cleaners. The Sales Representative will identify and acquire profitable accounts in Turkey, grow sales and service levels, and act as a trusted partner delivering value through Solenis solutions.

You will engage in high-level negotiations, manage the full sales cycle, and build senior-level relationships with key accounts while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Eng., Environmental Eng., Mechanical Eng. or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical sales or field engineering.
• Industrial Water Treatment experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication with customer-focused mindset.
• Analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire profitable customer accounts across the region.
• Drive and grow sales and service levels within the territory.
• Share product and market knowledge to deliver value to customers.
• Collaborate with local and wider teams to build networks.
• Report on prospecting activities, opportunities, and competitors.
