Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation in Istanbul, Türkiye is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support for Prepared Foods solutions. You will work with customers, Service Managers, and internal teams to plan, coordinate and deliver service activities, while driving improvements in service delivery.

The role requires a strong technical mindset, excellent customer service, and experience coordinating service activities across international teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in Technical Support or related role.
• Experience in food processing, manufacturing or machinery industries is desirable.
• Fluent Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM, service management, PLM or other digital technical support tools.

Responsibilities

• Technical troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues remotely, providing clear and practical solutions.
• Customer support: Assist customers and regional managers with technical queries and service requests.
• Service planning: Support planning and coordination of service activities and events.
• Service requests: Coordinate customer requests for service jobs with appropriate resources.
• Service events: Plan and prepare for service events and ensure teams are prepared.
• Travel and execution support: Assist with travel arrangements and preparation for field work.
• Service contracts: Support renewal of service contracts and related offerings.
• Escalation management: Help coordinate resolution of escalated issues.
• Continuous improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with Field Service, Engineering, Product, Quality, Warranty, and others.
• Knowledge sharing: Contribute to knowledge bases and training materials.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical and service docs.
