Job summary

Camfil is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive growth of our industrial filtration business across Turkey from Istanbul's Asian side. You will blend technical know-how with customer-focused sales to deliver tailored engineering solutions for HVAC and air pollution control projects.

In this role you will manage the full sales cycle, understand technical requirements, prepare proposals and drawings, and coordinate with manufacturing to support projects through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial equipment.
• Experience in industrial air filtration, HVAC, dust collectors, and air handling units.
• Maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of airflow principles, pressure drop calculations, and related engineering concepts.
• Ability to read drawings, wiring schematics, P&IDs and layouts.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (C1).
• Valid driving license.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing the HVAC and Air Pollution Control business across Turkey.
• Working closely with customers, distributors and internal sales teams to understand technical requirements and recommend the most suitable filtration solutions.
• Preparing technical proposals, quotations, drawings and supporting documentation using Camfil's engineering software.
• Acting as the technical interface between customers and our manufacturing facilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configuring equipment and selecting appropriate system components, including fans, ducting and ATEX options.
• Supporting customers through technical discussions, presentations and solution development.
• Following up commercial proposals, negotiating project details and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining a healthy project pipeline and customer database.
• Monitoring market developments and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborating with internal engineering specialists to develop innovative customer solutions.
• Maintenance of APC units for customers.
