Job summary

HARTING Technology Group seeks a sales professional to grow within a defined territory, engaging with customers across product lines. You will input forecasts, manage the sales funnel, and coordinate with Product Managers to develop system solutions locally.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent training, plus strong English skills. Travel within the region and close collaboration with distributors are expected.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar, or equivalent specialized training.

• Drive business growth within the defined territory by engaging with existing and new customers across products and solutions.
• Input and update forecast information regularly for your assigned area.
• Support the management and nurturing of the sales funnel in line with the Ideal Sales Process.
• Develop system solutions with customers, incorporating all products and services.
