• 3–4 years of experience in managing field operations, leading teams, or driving process improvements.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel; working knowledge of SQL.
• Proven experience in leading field engagement teams and tracking performance metrics.
• On-site role with extensive interaction with business partners in a dynamic environment.
• Strong persuasion skills and ability to bridge communication between field stakeholders and head office.
• Proficiency in English for operational processes and international reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and set strategic goals for field engagement teams with strong leadership.
• Coordinate engagement, motivation, and retention projects in the field to improve platform experience for business partners.
• Monitor field operations using data tools to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.
