Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking a Sales Support Assistant for Türkiye, based in Istanbul. This temporary maternity cover role supports the local commercial team and reports to the Executive General Manager and Senior Country Manager.

The role focuses on sales administration, reporting, analytics, and cross‑functional coordination to help achieve quarterly targets. The position requires a MSc or BSc in science/healthcare, 2+ years in a similar role in Türkiye, and strong English plus Turkish language

Qualifications

MSc or bachelor's degree in science or healthcare, preferred but not required.
2+ years of experience in a similar role in Türkiye, preferably within pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
Experience with public contracts is a plus.
Stakeholder management – preferable from international company.
Analytical mindset, high attention to detail.
Proficient communicator with strong collaboration skills.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory; Turkish is also required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal sales support activities, including communication with relevant stakeholders on pricing, discounts, customer data, and sales processes.
Retrieve and analyze sales data from the local ERP system and corporate Power BI, support CRM accuracy.
Coordinate public tenders, customer account setup, product sampling process & follow up.
Coordinate congresses, training events, marketing activities and related follow‑up.
Provide operational support for office facilities, including branding and coordination of commercial meetings.
