Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Turkey is seeking a Country Coordinator to provide administrative support for regional clinical operations from study start-up to study closure, coordinating study documents, importation of Lab kits and other materials, and data entry into eTMF.

You will manage calendars, travel arrangements and meetings, support bill processing and procurement, and assist with regulatory submissions and MOH communications, ensuring timely delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong English and local language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange drug and non-drug imports and coordinate with logistics to support study sites.
• Prepare study documents for printing, sealing, scanning and delivery to sites.
• Provide administrative support to the study team and manage archiving at closure.
• Support MOH submissions and regulatory communications as applicable.
• Enter data into systems (eTMF) and support document uploads.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, and meetings; support bill processing.
• Maintain SharePoint and assist in onboarding and coordination of meetings.
