Job summary

Bunge is seeking an HR Specialist to manage HR operations at our Aliağa and Ayvalık factories in Turkey. You will handle payroll coordination, personnel records, attendance tracking, and blue-collar recruitment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

You will work with a cross-cultural team, support internal audits, and liaise with authorities. A university degree in Psychology, Economics, or HR, plus English and Excel skills, are required, with a company car provided for

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience supporting factory or plant operations.
• University degree – Psychology, Economics, or HR-related field.
• Strong English and advanced Excel skills.
• Driving license and willingness to travel between Aliağa/Izmir and Ayvalık/Balikesir.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and FSSC 22000 is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate HR operations for Aliağa and Ayvalık factories.
• Maintain personnel files compliant with legal requirements.
• Carry out hiring, termination, and personnel administration.
• Track attendance and shifts; ensure accurate calculations per CBAs.
• Coordinate payroll preparation and verify inputs.
