Bunge is seeking an HR Specialist to manage HR operations at our Aliağa and Ayvalık factories in Turkey. You will handle payroll coordination, personnel records, attendance tracking, and blue-collar recruitment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

You will work with a cross-cultural team, support internal audits, and liaise with authorities. A university degree in Psychology, Economics, or HR, plus English and Excel skills, are required, with a company car provided for

• 3+ years HR experience supporting factory or plant operations.
• University degree – Psychology, Economics, or HR-related field.
• Strong English and advanced Excel skills.
• Driving license and willingness to travel between Aliağa/Izmir and Ayvalık/Balikesir.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and FSSC 22000 is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

What you will be doing as a HR Specialist

• Execute and coordinate HR operations for the Aliağa and Ayvalık factories.
• Maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and ensure records remain up to date.
• Carry out hiring, termination, and personnel administration processes in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Track attendance, overtime, absenteeism, and shift records, ensuring attendance calculations are performed in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Coordinate payroll preparation activities, verify payroll input accuracy, and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of data related to salaries, advances, social benefits, and other employee benefits, performing the necessary controls and monitoring related processes.
• Manage blue-collar recruitment processe and follow up on the process from job offer to onboarding date.
• Support disciplinary procedures, written defenses, warnings, and termination processes in line with Labor Law requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate notifications to the Social Security Institution (SGK), Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), and other relevant authorities.

• Prepare regular HR reports and documentation for internal audits, external audits, and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities.
• Work closely with factory and department managers to support the effective implementation of HR processes.

What do we expect from our future colleague

• 3+ years of HR experience supporting factory or plant-based operations
• University degree –Psychology, and related, Economics, Human Resources
• Good command of English level
• Good level of Excel and HR system tools
• Driving license and availabilty to travel between our 2 plants: Aliağa/İzmir and Ayvalik/Balikesir - company car provided
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and FSSC 22000 standards – nice to have
• Strong comunication skills,working across cultures and human typology
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently, proactive approach towards problems and issues
