Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Factory Finance Business Partner for the Beylikdüzü/Istanbul site. The role leads the Controlling team, drives budgeting and planning, conducts profitability analyses, and partners with Buga Factory leadership and international Finance teams.

The position requires Turkish GAAP and US GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and fluency in English. Logistics collaboration and process improvements are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

University degree in business, finance, or controlling.
Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or international setting.
Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and US GAAP is required.
High IT affinity and good Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Controlling team and partner with management.
Own annual budgeting and financial planning for personnel and opex.
Conduct profitability and cost analyses with BU managers.
Prepare KPI reports and present to stakeholders regularly.
Improve controlling processes and implement efficient solutions.
