Job summary

Trenkwalder Turkey is seeking a Factory Manager to provide strategic direction for the manufacturing site, overseeing Production, Operations and Engineering to deliver safe, efficient performance.

You will lead a multinational, matrix-structured team, drive Lean and continuous improvement, manage KPIs, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and collaborate with local and international stakeholders to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10-15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in multinational organizations and matrix structures.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success in developing Health & Safety culture.
• Strong leadership with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication with international stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of operational excellence and KPIs in manufacturing.

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the manufacturing site, overseeing Production, Operations, and Engineering functions

• Ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing performance aligned with business goals and corporate standards

• Lead and inspire a broad manufacturing workforce across Production, Operations, and Engineering functions, driving engagement, capability development, and organizational performance

• Drive plant performance through effective resource planning, process optimization, and operational discipline

• Champion a culture of safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to all Health, Safety, Environmental, and company requirements

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and overall operational performance

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, proactively addressing performance gaps and implementing corrective actions where required

• Collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders to support business growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic objectives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field

• Minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience within manufacturing operations, preferably in complex production environments

• Strong experience in, production, or operations management roles

• Experience working within multinational organizations and matrix structures

• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

• Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining a strong Health & Safety culture

• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders
