Trendyol HR is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee daily facility services, including cafeteria operations, shuttle coordination, and corporate mobile subscriptions. You will ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards and actively support internal events and trainings, while tracking invoices and driving opex saving projects.

The role requires strong vendor management, English communication, and a proactive approach to cost control within a dynamic, hybrid work

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in facility management.
• Experience coordinating services such as catering, transportation and device allocations.
• Strong English communication skills and vendor management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily facility services including transportation, catering, and management of SIM cards and devices.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards in catering and facilities.
• Coordinate fixtures for internal events, meetings and trainings.
• Track invoices and drive opex saving projects to optimize costs.
• Serve as primary contact for service providers and ensure quality delivery.
