Job summary

Henkel Türkiye is seeking an Asa Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations across our offices. You will coordinate external service providers, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement in workplace standards, while managing relocation and renovation projects.

You will report to the Facilities Management team, review contracts, and maintain accurate performance reports. Strong English and Turkish communication, and 5+ years in FM are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years experience in Facility Management or related roles.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills with Excel.
• Experience with building systems and renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily Facility Management operations across Henkel Türkiye offices.
• Oversee facility services, building maintenance and workplace administration.
• Monitor external service providers, vendors and subcontractors for quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate SHE requirements with the OHS/OSGB provider and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain Facility Management reports and track performance for improvements.
• Lead workplace projects including office relocations and fit-out activities.
• Track timelines, budgets and deliverables for smooth transitions to operations.

About this Position

Asa Facilities Supervisor at Henkel, you will play a key role in ensuringthe smooth and efficient operation of our workplaces across Türkiye. You willoversee daily facility operations, coordinate external service providers, andensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained working environment. You willalso drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate workplaceprojects, including office relocations and renovations, while ensuringoperational efficiency and effective stakeholder collaboration.

What you´ll do

• Manage and coordinate daily Facility Managementoperations across Henkel Türkiye offices, ensuring smooth servicedelivery, operational continuity, and consistent workplace standards.
• Oversee facility services, building maintenance, andworkplace administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintainedworking environment.
• Monitor and evaluate external service providers,vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring service quality, operationalefficiency, and compliance with agreed standards.
• Coordinate and follow up workplace health, safety and environmental (SHE)requirements in collaboration with the appointed OHS/OSGB provider, includingregular SHE walkarounds, corrective actions and compliance follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain Facility Management reports, trackoperational performance, and identify opportunities for continuousimprovement.
• Lead and coordinate workplace projects, includingoffice relocations, renovations, and fit-out activities, ensuringeffective stakeholder alignment, technical follow-up, and timelyexecution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables,ensuring workplace readiness and a smooth transition to daily operations.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management,workplace operations, building administration, or related roles,preferably within a multinational company.
• Experience in managing facility services, buildingmaintenance, workplace operations, and external service providers.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safetyrequirements and facility-related compliance processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,particularly Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Good practical understanding of building systems andtechnical Facility operations, with experience in maintenance, renovation,fit-out or relocation projects.
• Ability to review and understand Facility-relatedcontracts, technical specifications and service agreements.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills,with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solvingskills with a good command of written and spoken English.
• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist certification would be considered an advantage.
