Job summary

Henkel Türkiye seeks an Asa Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations, coordinate external service providers, and ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained working environment across Türkiye. You will drive continuous improvement and lead workplace projects, including relocations and renovations, with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Facility Management, with advanced Excel skills and a good command of English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management or related roles, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of facility services, building maintenance and external providers.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and compliance processes.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily Facility Management operations across Henkel Türkiye offices.
• Oversee facility services, building maintenance, and workplace administration.
• Monitor external service providers, vendors, and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate SHE requirements with the OHS/OSGB provider, including walkarounds and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain Facility Management reports and track operational performance.
• Lead and coordinate workplace projects including relocations, renovations, and fit-out activities.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth transitions to daily operations.
