Job summary

Henkel Türkiye seeks a Facilities Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of our workplaces across Türkiye. You will oversee daily facility management, coordinate external providers, and maintain a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained working environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate office relocations and renovations, and ensure timely project delivery with effective stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily Facility Management operations across Henkel Türkiye offices, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistent workplace standards.
• Oversee facility services, building maintenance, and workplace administration for a safe, efficient environment.
• Monitor external service providers, vendors, and subcontractors for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate SHE requirements with the OHS/OSGB provider, including walkarounds and corrective actions.
• Prepare Facility Management reports, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead workplace projects including relocations, renovations, and fit-out activities with timely execution and stakeholder alignment.

About this Position As a Facilities Supervisor at Henkel, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workplaces across Türkiye. You will oversee daily facility operations, coordinate external service providers, and ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained working environment. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate workplace projects, including office relocations and renovations, while ensuring operational efficiency and effective stakeholder collaboration.

What you´ll do

• Manage and coordinate daily Facility Management operations across Henkel Türkiye offices, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational continuity, and consistent workplace standards.
• Oversee facility services, building maintenance, and workplace administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.
• Monitor and evaluate external service providers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with agreed standards.
• Coordinate and follow up workplace health, safety and environmental (SHE) requirements in collaboration with the appointed OHS/OSGB provider, including regular SHE walkarounds, corrective actions and compliance follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain Facility Management reports, track operational performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coordinate workplace projects, including office relocations, renovations, and fit-out activities, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, technical follow-up, and timely execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring workplace readiness and a smooth transition to daily operations.
