Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead IFM responsibilities at client sites in Ankara. You will coordinate site leadership, manage contracts with suppliers, and ensure high standards of building operations including HVAC and BMS. Regular travel to client sites is expected.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities or large corporate service delivery, and are fluent in Turkish and English. The role offers global network exposure and growth opportunities at JLL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management or customer service within a large commercial organization.
• Proven experience managing facilities contracts and supplier/contractor relationships.
• Knowledge of EU Facility legislation and governing bodies.
• Quality Assurance knowledge and experience preferred.
• Fluency in Turkish and English required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites monthly.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.).
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact for all IFM matters and property management for the client.
• Liaise regularly with client's administrative stakeholders including site leads, receptionists, administrators, and office managers.
• Procurement of goods and services for client buildings.
• Conduct regular meetings with Landlord to ensure lease terms are fulfilled.
• Perform regular monthly site inspections.
• Oversee and manage vendors delivering daily office cleaning services.
• Oversee and ensure proper operation and maintenance of building systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and BMS.
