Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Sr. Coordinator in Istanbul (Fatih) to coordinate clients, vendors and contractors to ensure complex work orders are completed efficiently.

This role is part of the Facilities Management function, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans across assigned assets. You will directly communicate between landlord, tenants and service providers, schedule repairs, review data for performance, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with work routines, processes, and systems.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills without supervision.
• Ability to explain complex info clearly to team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure work orders are completed.
• Schedule repairs from work order requests.
• Review work order data to track performance and progress.
• Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, and vendor paperwork.
• Coordinate office and parking space allocation.
• Present information to internal departments and large groups.
• Identify and resolve standard and non-standard issues within your area.
• Select solutions from established options to improve operations.
• Impact the team through quality service and information.
• Follow standardized procedures with regular supervision.
