Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand with over $1B in sales, seeks a Personal Assistant to own the CEO's personal operations end to end, including experience curation, research and sourcing, provider network development, and proactive calendar management.

Work from anywhere in the world with time-zone overlap, build a vetted network of elite providers, secure exclusive reservations, and design tailored experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in concierge, lifestyle management, hospitality, or executive/personal assistant roles.
• Strong research and provider vetting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail with premium service providers.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's personal operations end to end, including experience curation, research and sourcing, and calendar management.
• Build and manage a vetted provider network across lifestyle, wellness, automotive and home services.
• Develop research and shortlisting methods to surface optimal options for the CEO.
• Secure coveted reservations and coordinate exclusive event access.
• Design personalised experiences aligned to exact standards and anticipate needs.
• Manage the personal calendar strategically and own tasks from inception to completion.
