Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect for Exchange/Exchange Online and M365 in Turkiye. You will be the technical lead for customers, guiding design, deployment, maintenance, and migrations across EMEA.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, customer training, and solution adoption. The ideal candidate will have deep Exchange on-prem and hybrid experience, strong AD skills, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

Experience with on-premises and hybrid Exchange architectures and management.
Deep knowledge of Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
Hands-on troubleshooting for Exchange server and hybrid environments.
Experience designing and implementing HA, migration, and reporting components.
Experience with HCW, federation, mail flow and mailbox migrations.
Experience integrating Exchange with the wider M365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key technical resource for EMEA on Exchange/Exchange Online and M365.
Advise on design, implementation, maintenance and migrations of solutions.
Lead technical trainings and workshops for best-practice guidance.
Develop customer relationships and drive product adoption.
