Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is seeking a Senior Microsoft Platform Expert to manage and modernize Windows-based infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments. You will architect, implement and optimize server platforms, automate processes, and enforce security best practices.

You will lead modernization efforts, coordinate with vendors, oversee migrations, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring junior engineers and shaping the strategic roadmaps for infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing Windows Server-based infrastructure
• Ability to lead modernization and migration projects across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments
• Strong focus on security, patching, change management and incident response

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of Windows OS-based infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Define modernization strategies and design scalable, secure, resilient systems.
• Architect and oversee datacenter and application migrations with minimal disruption.
