Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect for Exchange/Exchange Online and M365 in Turkiye. You will be the technical lead for customers, guiding design, deployment, maintenance, and migrations across EMEA.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, customer training, and solution adoption. The ideal candidate will have deep Exchange on-prem and hybrid experience, strong AD skills, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with on-premises and hybrid Exchange architectures and management.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for Exchange server and hybrid environments.
• Experience designing and implementing HA, migration, and reporting components.
• Experience with HCW, federation, mail flow and mailbox migrations.
• Experience integrating Exchange with the wider M365 ecosystem.

We are supporting a well esteemed client of ours searching for a 'Cloud Solution Architect' in Turkiye, specialising in Exchange (On Prem/Online) & M365.

Job Description:

• A key technical resource for customers in EMEA on the Exchange/Exchange Online & M365 platform
• Advise customers on the best way to design, implement, maintain and migrate various solutions
• Lead proactive technical trainings and workshops to provide expert technical guidance in line with industry best practices
• Develop customer relationships, drive innovative solutions & product adoption

Key Requirements:

• Technical experience with on-premises and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• Deep understanding in Exchange server and hybrid architecture 2016\2019 & Exchange Online
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server and hybrid Exchange environments
• Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging
• Designing and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments, including Hybrid Configuration Wizzard (HCW), Federation, Mail Flow, hybrid Free/Busy, hybrid delegation/permissions and mailbox migrations
• Hands on experience with integrating Exchange environments within the wider M365 ecosystem.
• Strong experience and knowledge of Active Directory architecture, troubleshooting, back and restore and migrations to Entra ID (desired, not essential)
