Job summary

EPAM Systems in Turkey seeks a Principal System Architect to lead design, presales, and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft and Azure solutions, bridging business objectives with technical execution. You will partner with enterprise clients to drive digital transformation, lead technical pre-sales efforts, and guide high-performing engineering teams to deliver world-class Microsoft ecosystem solutions.

Qualifications

Deep Azure and Microsoft platform expertise for enterprise-scale deployments.
Experience leading complex, multi-workload Microsoft implementations.
Proven client-facing experience and ability to discuss architecture with executives.
Experience supporting presales: scoping engagements, proposals, and deals.
Strong fundamentals in REST, containers, serverless, data/AI stacks.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tooling (IaC, CI/CD).
Excellent communication translating tech to business terms.
Azure certifications expected.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to lead technical pre-sales. Scope complex engagements, author proposals/SOWs, and design accurate effort and teaming models
Architect robust, large-scale Microsoft and Azure solutions spanning infrastructure, application modernization, and data/AI workloads
Act as the trusted advisor for enterprise clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value for C-level executives and stakeholders
Serve as the lead technical authority on major deployments, ensuring architectural integrity, mitigating risks, and providing escalation support
