Job summary

RINA is seeking a Europe & Middle East Junior Buyer to join the Istanbul office within the International Procurement Division. The role supports supplier research, RFQ management, and data analysis to ensure cost-effective and compliant procurement activities.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field, with 1–3 years of experience, and is fluent in Turkish and English. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SCM software.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of supply chain strategy.
• Maintain vendor list and supplier segmentation.
• Contribute to supplier scorecards and risk passports.
• Assist in risk assessment to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Issue RFQs and help evaluate bids.
• Analyze data and report purchasing metrics.
• Collaborate with business units for technical evaluations and tenders.
