Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an ERP SAP Specialist for its Turkey operations in Ankara. The role focuses on maintaining SAP ERP reliability, improving processes, and aligning with global standards while enabling business growth and digital transformation.

You will support Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales and collaborate with regional and global SAP teams. The position offers exposure to international SAP projects, opportunities for process optimization, and a growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years SAP ERP experience.
• Experience with FI/CO, MM, SD modules.
• Multinational or matrix organization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support stable SAP ERP operations (FI/CO, MM, SD) and incident resolution.
• Analyze processes and drive SAP-based improvements across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales.
• Support local SAP projects, upgrades, testing, and change deployments in coordination with global teams.
• Serve as liaison between business users, regional teams, and global SAP& ERP.
• Coordinate with external vendors; monitor SLAs and quality of outsourced services.

Position Summary

We are seeking an ERP SAP Specialist to support and improve SAP ERP operations across our Turkey organization. This role will help ensure system reliability, process efficiency, and alignment with global standards while contributing to business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

The ERP SAP Specialist will support daily system operations, assist key business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales, contribute to local enhancements, and work closely with business stakeholders and global SAP& ERP teams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Operations & Support

• Support the stable and efficient operation of SAP ERP systems, primarily FI/CO, MM, SD, and related modules.
• Assist with system support, incident resolution, and service quality.
• Support user access, roles, and authorization processes.

Business Process Optimization

• Analyze business processes and identify SAP-driven improvement opportunities.
• Support process efficiency across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

Project & Change Management

• Support local SAP projects, enhancements, and rollouts in coordination with global SAP& ERP.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing cycles, and change deployments.
• Maintain documentation in line with global IT standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work as an interface between business users, regional teams, and global SAP& ERP.
• Provide support and guidance to key users and business stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and data integrity activities.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Support SLA tracking and quality monitoring for outsourced support services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP ERP experience, including support and process improvement.
• Good knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD; additional modules are a plus.
• Experience supporting ERP operations or participating in SAP projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is preferred.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
