Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a driven Sales Representative based in Kayseri to promote our premium dental implants, biomaterials, and related solutions to dentists and clinics. You will attend clinical cases, provide chairside support, and build long-term customer relationships across Kayseri and nearby areas.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience in dental or healthcare, Turkish fluency, and willingness to travel and attend occasional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or related field as preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in dental/medical-device/healthcare/pharma.
• Knowledge of dental implants or biomaterials is an advantage.
• Willingness to attend clinical procedures chairside with dentists.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, with high learning agility and ability to manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and territory growth targets in Kayseri and surrounding region.
• Develop new business by identifying and engaging dentists, clinics, hospitals, labs, and other customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in the local dental community.
• Attend clinical procedures and provide chairside product guidance and support.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training aligned to customer needs.
• Plan regular customer visits and manage the territory independently.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education, Customer Service, Marketing and other teams for excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales Representative based in Kayseri to grow Straumann Group’s presence across the assigned territory.

You will promote and sell our premium portfolio of dental implants, biomaterials, and related solutions to dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and laboratories. You will also attend clinical cases alongside dental professionals, providing chairside technical support, encouraging effective product use, and building trusted, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and territory-growth targets for Straumann Group products and solutions in Kayseri and the surrounding assigned region.
• Develop new business by identifying and engaging dentists, clinics, hospitals, dental laboratories, and other potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key opinion leaders in the local dental community.
• Attend clinical procedures and provide chairside product guidance and technical support to dental professionals.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training tailored to customers’ clinical and commercial needs.
• Plan regular customer visits and manage the assigned territory effectively and independently.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education, Customer Service, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Represent Straumann Group at regional and national congresses, workshops, courses, and professional events.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activity across Kayseri and the surrounding region.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and territory updates to the Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of sales experience in the dental, medical-device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of dental implants, biomaterials, or surgical workflows is an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to attend clinical procedures chairside with dentists.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with high learning agility and adaptability.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage a sales territory independently.
• Fluent Turkish is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Residence in Kayseri or willingness to relocate.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly throughout Kayseri and the assigned surrounding territory.
• Availability to attend occasional evening or weekend congresses, training sessions, and industry events.
